We work hard to keep opening hours, prices, border information and event details accurate, and we mark pages with the date they were last verified. Gibraltar changes quickly, though — the border arrangements, the cable car, road closures and business opening hours can all change without notice.

Always confirm anything time-critical, financial or safety-related with the official source before you rely on it. We are not a travel agent, a booking agent or a legal adviser.

When you post a review, upload a photo, submit a listing, or send us a correction, you keep ownership of what you created. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, format, translate and display it on this site and in related channels, and to remove it.

You confirm that the content is yours to share, that it is your genuine opinion or experience, and that it is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or someone else's copyright.

We do not review every contribution before it appears, and we may edit or remove anything at our discretion.

By claiming a listing you confirm you are authorised to act for that business. We may ask for evidence and may decline or revoke a claim. Claimed listings remain subject to these terms and to our editorial standards.

We link to external sites, including ticket sellers, tour operators, restaurants and public bodies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices or service. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider.

The text, design, photography and code of Gibraltar Unlocked belong to us or our licensors. You may read, link to and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts, scrape the site at scale, or use our content to train a model without written permission.

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, and the courts of Gibraltar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
